• to create a guess, for which an account is created;
• to answer the questions for the guess;
• to send a notification when someone has completed the guess;
• to cooperate with current or future third parties for the purpose of showing advertisements;
• to send the newsletter if you have subscribed to it;
• to process orders for the baby book.

• name of the person creating the guess;
• email address of the person creating the guess;
• name of the person completing the guess;
• email address of the person completing the guess.

Confidentiality and sharing with third parties

For the performance of our services, personal data is stored with the following parties:

• TransIP B.V. for hosting;
• PrintAPI for ordering and delivering the baby book.

Our website uses a cookie from the American company Google as part of the Analytics service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if legally required to do so, or insofar as third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence over this. The information collected by Google is anonymised as much as possible. Your IP address is explicitly not provided. The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Retention periods

We do not retain your data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes described in this privacy statement. You can ask us to delete the guess.

Security of your personal data

We take appropriate technical and organisational security measures to limit misuse of, and unauthorised access to, your personal data.

We ensure that only necessary persons have access to your data, that access to your personal data is protected and that our security measures are regularly checked. We also use SSL certificates for the secure transfer of your data and communications.
